St Luke’s Home is undergoing renovations; however, we have opened the admission process. Please complete the attached form and a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule a tour. We look forward to sharing our beautiful home with new prospects.

Admissions and Services

St Luke’s Home is a non-profit organization that provides high-quality levels of service and care for its Elder community members who are of limited financial means. The community includes 64 studio apartments located on the edge of the University of Arizona and serves females, males, and couples.

St Luke’s Home Residents:

  1. Are 55 years of age or older.
  2. Can intervene on their own behalf in a crisis. 
  3. Cognitively independent and able to participate in care provided
  4. Can move about their apartments and the community independently (may have an assistive device, wheelchair, walker and/or cane, but must be able to transfer and ambulate independently.)
  5. Must be low income, annual income lower that 80% Area Median Income (AMI) which is $49,500 per year. (2022-23). Rent is on a sliding scale depending on income.

St Luke’s Home Services include:

  • Supervisory and Personal levels of care
  • Three nutritious meals daily and snacks
  • Medication administration and assistance with medications
  • 24-hour awake certified caregivers
  • Weekly housekeeping service
  • Scheduled transportation for shopping
  • Robust activity programming
