WRAPS
Flour tortilla, cream cheese fig spread, tomato, lettuce, red onion rolled with a choice of turkey or ham. Vegetarian option also available featuring delicious slaw of kale, zucchini, cabbage and carrots.

SANDWICH SLIDERS
Savory sliders that go down easily featuring Sweet Hawaiian roll, lettuce, tomato and your choice of turkey, ham, cheese and select condiments.

SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT
Assortment of fresh fruit displayed on a platter and selected by the season including pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries and honeydew.

CHICKEN SALAD MINI-PHYLLO CUPS
Individual phyllo cups brimming with freshly made chicken salad that features grapes, candied nuts, celery, onions and Chef Melissa’s unique fig-mayo dressing.

CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
An array of specially created and designed food boards. Choose Sweet & Savory with a selection of cheese, meats and bite-sized desserts. A Brunch Board features roasted vegetables, sliced eggs, salmon or trout. Vegetarian selections include a selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables with dip or a try a traditional Cheese and Meat Board.

FRESH TOSSED SALAD
An array of tossed salad options including arugula, spinach, romaine, iceberg, red cabbage, sprouts and other seasonal vegetables. Dressings can be individually selected and made to order.

VEGETABLE PLATTER
Fresh, seasonal vegetables, artistically cut and arranged on a platter and including the choice of Chef Melissa’s original dips and dressings.

COOKIE TRAY
Delectable homemade cookies with melt-in-your-mouth flavors including Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Snickerdoodles and Sparkly Sugar.

CAKES
Homemade specialty cakes, made from scratch, and to order. Carrot cake, chocolate, strawberry or vanilla with delectable fillings of your choice.
