St. Luke's Home, Arizona's only Eden Alternative Home, has residential openings for Elders. Our commitment is to provide quality of life for low-income seniors through independence aging with dignity and self-empowerment.  St. Luke's Home assisted living can provide housing and support services for 64 low-income older adults who don't qualify for long term care state assistance.    We are currently taking applications for a limited number of single and couple residents. Our admissions criteria include the following: Must be 55 or older A single applicant may have income up to $25,380, and a couple may have income up to $29,040. Applicants must meet the physical criteria for services at the "supervisory care" level and limited "personal care" level. The St. Luke's Board of Trustees is proud to announce L'Don Sawyer has joined the St. Luke's Leadership team as the incoming Chief Executive Officer. L'Don's professional background as a Social Gerontologist includes nearly two decades of service to older adults, the majority in healthcare, with a focus on developing programs benefitting older adults. A longtime advocate for older adults, L'Don is best known for work in expanding Tucson Medical Center's Senior Services, reaching more than 6,000 community members annually through educational and support services. She has also been engaged in the community on multiple initiatives with an emphasis on aging, including the Advisory Board of the UA Geriatric Education Center and OASIS Life Long Learning Institute. This year the winner gets the keys to a 2016 RED Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 The iconic Mustang, an American muscle car, burst onto the scene in 1964 and never looked back. The Ford Motor Company is building 4,300 this year making this a collector's item! The approximate MSRP is $47,000. Raffle tickets are $25.00 each or $100.00 for five tickets.
