2010 Baile de las Flores Featured Artist Lucy Masterman Turning in the Sun Native Tucsonan Lucy Masterman earned her BFA in Commercial Art at the University of Arizona and MFA in Painting at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Lucy’s love of flowers and bright colors jump to life in a stunning watercolor painted especially for the 91st Baile de las Flores and generously donated by the artist. A raffle for this painting will be held at the Baile de las Flores on February 27, 2010. Raffle tickets are $10 each or six for $50. Winner need not be present to win.
