COME TOUR OUR HOME

Prospective residents, families and caregivers are cordially invited to learn about St. Luke’s Home, beginning with a personal visit. This visit should always include the prospective resident.

Staff, residents and volunteers look forward to meeting you and showing you around our residence.

Individual tours are offered by appointment only. If you wish to visit the Home, please contact us between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule a time for your personal tour.

Admissions Criteria

Financial
A single applicant may have income up to, but not exceeding, $24,780 annually.
An applicant couple may have income up to, but not exceeding, $28,320 annually.

Applicants may have assets, however any interest or dividend income earned is factored into the annual income.

Physical
Residents must meet the criteria for services at the supervisory care level, which includes the following:
  1. 1) may have the need for general supervision only
  2. 2) may have assistance with self-administration of prescribed medications
  3. 3) will be aware of their surrounding
  4. 4) will be able to perform functions of daily living
  5. 5) will be able to intervene on their own behalf in a crisis
  6. 6) will be able to ambulate with minimal aid, such as with a cane or walker
  7. 7) will be at least 55 years of age.
Residents who qualify in this category are able to recognize danger, summon assistance, express need and make basic care decisions.
