Prospective residents, families and caregivers are cordially invited to learn about St. Luke’s Home, beginning with a personal visit. This visit should always include the prospective resident.

Individual tours are offered by appointment only. If you wish to visit the Home, please contact us between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule a time for your personal tour.

What we offer:
Admissions Criteria
Financial
A single applicant may have income up to, but not exceeding, $25,380 annually.
An applicant couple may have income up to, but not exceeding, $29,040 annually.
Applicants may have assets, however any interest or dividend income earned is factored into the annual income.
Physical
Residents must meet the criteria for services at the supervisory care level, which includes the following:
- Assisted living services for men, women and couples at a supervisory care level
- Three nutritious meals and snacks daily
- Air-conditioned rooms
- Beautifully-appointed surroundings
- On-site staff 24 hours a day
- Housekeeping services weekly
- Central location in mid-town with bus stop within two blocks
- Weekly shopping trip transportation
- Planned social, recreational and leisure activities
- Assistance with medication
- Laundry facilities

- may have the need for general supervision only
- may have assistance with self-administration of prescribed medications
- will be aware of their surrounding
- will be able to perform functions of daily living
- will be able to intervene on their own behalf in a crisis
- will be able to ambulate with minimal aid, such as with a cane or walker
- will be at least 55 years of age.
